To initiate the return process, please email sales@sterilevial.com for a Return Authorization (“RA”) number. Any products returned to Nexus Pharmaceuticals, LLC. (“Nexus”) without an RA number will be refused. Nexus may, in its reasonable discretion, refuse to authorize a return and in such cases, will provide its reasoning to customer in writing.

Nexus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will issue an authorization number to return eligible, unopened products. Nexus does not accept partial order returns.‍

Eligible for Return

‍Items received by the customer as damaged. Products received damaged may be eligible for up to full credit at Nexus’s reasonable discretion, including freight, when reported within five (5) days of receipt of customer delivery. If the product is received damaged, please have the transportation company note “damaged” or “broken” on the freight bill. Claims with the carrier should remain in the original carton for inspection.

Non-Eligible for Return

1. Product involved in a fire, sacrifice, or bankruptcy sale; or items that have been damaged due to conditions beyond the manufacturer's control, such as improper storage, heat, cold, water, smoke, fire, negligence, or other insurable events.
2. Products returned from Retail Pharmacy and Distributor Customers.
3. Returns made 15 days or more after the issue date of the RA.
4. Product that has been opened or partial containers
5. Product that has been purchased at special pricing or free goods.
6. Product that has been donated.
7. Product returned by anyone other than the purchaser (except by 3rd Party Processor agent).
8. Product purchased directly from a drug wholesaler. These should be returned to the drug wholesaler for credit.
9. Product sold with the specific understanding that it is non-returnable.
10. Product originally sold through other than normal domestic channels of distribution.
11. Product that has been repackaged, privately labeled, manufactured to customer specs, or in other than Nexus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. containers or packages.
12. Product where either the Lot #, SKU, and/or expiration date is missing, covered, removed, unreadable, or in a leaking container.

To obtain authorization to return a product for a credit, please email Sterile Vials by Nexus Pharmaceuticals at sales@sterilevial.com with the following information:

• Product Name & SKU
• Carton Quantity for Each Product

• Unit Price
• Billing Address
• Shipping Address
• Reason (i.e., Damage)
• Contact Person name & email address

Sterile Vials by Nexus Pharmaceuticals will provide an RA number for those items approved for credit. All returns must have the RA number clearly marked on the outside parcel, include shipping and debit memo documentation, and be returned with any goods. No product will be accepted for return without an RA number.

Nexus Pharmaceuticals, LLC. reserves the right to inspect all authorized returns prior to issuing credit and to destroy products deemed unfit for sale, whether or not they are eligible for credit. Nexus reserves the right to require proof of purchase source on all products returned for credit or refund. This Return Policy supersedes all previous policies, and Nexus reserves the right to amend this statement of policy at any time without prior notification.
